01Do you charge by the hour?
No. Every job is quoted as a flat rate before we start, based on the size of the space and the type of clean. An hourly rate rewards a slow cleaner and punishes you for a bad day in traffic. A flat rate means the price you agreed to is the price on the invoice.
02Do I need to be home?
Most clients aren’t. We work from a key, a lockbox, a garage code or a smart lock, and you get a notification when the crew arrives and when they leave. If you’d rather be there for the first visit to walk the space, that’s welcome too.
03Which areas do you cover?
Wilmington and the surrounding area — downtown and the historic district, Mayfaire, Landfall, Porters Neck, Ogden, Monkey Junction and Riverlights, the beaches at Wrightsville, Carolina and Kure, and across the bridge into Leland and Brunswick Forest.
